Senior Manager/Chief Manager/Assistant Vice President - LMS/LOS Solutions - FinTech

Sr Manager/ Chief manager/ AVP- LMS/ LOS

- He/She will be responsible to partner with business teams, to build various technology / digital solutions for Institutional lending businesses in Bank and NBFC Subsidiaries.

- Lead the transformation of Lending systems architecture for Bank and subsidiaries

- Partner with FinTechs to leverage innovative solutions for the business

- End to End Program Management of all initiatives in this business area

- He/She will need to understand and build business requirements, design solutions, work with partners, IT to develop solutions and work with business teams to ensure that the solutions meet all the requirements.

- Collaborating with business, operations, compliance, risk and other stakeholders for collection of requirements and have team build comprehensive BRDs.

- Design solutions along with IT and Solution Providers

- Track E2E Deliveries across all project stakeholders

- Define Testing Strategy, guide team in testing plan / scenario definition and oversee the testing execution. Oversee resolution of any critical issues and escalate where necessary. Drive the roadmap of Lending Applications Architecture including LMS, LOS, Digital Solutions
