Credit Risk - Leading Cooperative Bank based at Mumbai.

Reporting - Department Head.

Location - Head Office - Mumbai.

Responsibility -

1) Underwriting/Appraisal of credit proposals of MSME /Corporates (Business Loan, Cash Credit, Term Loan, Loan against property (LAP), etc, scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning.

2) Credit Risk Policy formulation and revision including financial parameters, collateral % parameters, industry sector, Sectorial Credit Exposure limit, NPA parameters taking care of RBI guidelines.

3) Developing rating report which includes a brief profile of the rated company, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, ratio analysis like proficiency, turnover & solvency, financial projection/modeling, operational & industry analysis.

Experience - 8+ years.

Industry - Banking.
