Position - Senior Manager - Channel Sales - Telecom/VAS

Job Responsibilities
- Driving business development initiatives
- Responsible for hunting new business through channels. Either be one time license sales, opex, revenue share agreements
- Account Management & Contract Governance: Build Account Management & Solution selling skills
- Internal stakeholder management: Work collaboratively with internal teams of Company Product Units, Delivery organization, Executive Management
- Understand needs of the accounts based on direct interactions with the customer
- Provide presentations and demos to clients and share the best value proposition
- Identify internal opportunities to cross sell & improve market penetration
- Facilitate to develop Technical Solutions and Proposals for the Account
- Frequent and effective follow ups on client issues ensuring 100% achievement of CSAT target
- Would be responsible for CSAT and collections for Account(s).
- Determine the proper amount of pre and post sales support required and coordinate these items with internal stakeholders.
- Provide early warnings of operational delivery or support problems associated with the account & proactively work towards resolving these issues.
Candidate should be ready to relocate to London.
