Senior Manager - Change/Project Management - Capital Market Domain - BFSI

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager, the responsibilities of the incumbent will include the following

- Work with reporting teams to understand the standard operating process

- Audit these reporting process and the reports as per the data dictionary, measure data quality and identify gaps

- Remediate the gaps and suggest improvements found during audit

- Compare reporting procedure across regulations and LOB and identify best practices

- Streamline and Centralize the regulatory reporting in the long term

Requirements:

- Education: Post Graduate in Management from a top tier institute

- Experience: 10-12 years of performing Project Management to support large projects and business change.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong analytical and fact-based decision-making Ability to meaningfully Analyze and report complex data for enterprise and reporting

- Experience in Auditing / or Regulatory Reporting Consulting

- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and work in a highly matrixed organization

- Good Knowledge on Global Markets and different traded products

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate to Executive Leadership and others levels within the Bank

Desired Skills: Looking someone from Capital Market domain and who has fair understanding of different Regulations ( EMIR, MIFID, Dodd frank ) etc
