Our client is a leading financial institution seeking a dynamic individual for Senior Manager - Change Management role based in Bangalore.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Design change strategy to implement projects across organization.
- Build change management plans to support implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Develop clear and succinct business communications and manage the approval process.
- Work closely with program teams, project managers and service lead to support the roll out of multiple projects that impact the way end users work.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 5+ yrs. of experience in change management with exposure to UX/UI (end user interface).
- Have expertise in supporting and leading technology implementation initiatives and cross-functional strategic programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technically sound having the ability to understand and articulate the business impacts of technical actions and vice versa.
