Senior Manager - Central Packaging - Consumables Supply Chain

Senior Manager - Central Packaging - Female Candidates only

1) Managing the end to end supply chain for Packaging and Consumables supply chain.

2) Annual, quarterly, and monthly planning of material based on demand supply plan.

3) Release of Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors based on the demand view plan for procurement of Packaging and Consumables items.

4) Inventory management of Packaging and Consumables items at each asset and location level, Distribution of Packaging and Consumables items to all internal users of Operations teams based on Hub and spoke model or Point-to-point model.

5) Reconciliation of inventory across all locations and assets on a regular basis, Transport of packaging and consumables items from one point to another within the system based on demand view.

6)Work closely with QA/QC team to ensure zero defect material inward, Manage multiple vendors across the country for procurement of Packaging and Consumables items across all assets

7) Work with internal Product and tech teams to enhance tech intervention in Packaging and Consumables supply chain

8) Work with Accounts payable teams to ensure vendor payments on time for all the invoices

9) Work very closely with Operations team to ensure smooth running of Packaging and Consumables supply chain

- Supply chain management: An extensive knowledge of various domains of supply chain such as Operations, P2P cycle, Inventory management

- Vendor management: Vivid experience of managing an assortment of vendors such as Large-scale vendors, MSMEs, and start-ups

- Inventory management: On hand experience of managing inventory for Hub-Spoke model, point-to-point model for distribution of material across all assets,

- Stakeholder management: Extensive experience of managing both internal and external stakeholders, without any cognitive bias

- Crisis management: Must be very adept at managing sudden peaks of demand and able to feed the supply chain without any disruptions

- Manpower management: Appropriate experience in handling teams of various qualifications, gender, and geographical location

- Data Analysis: Very strong data management and data analysis skills to make logical decisions in the supply chain.
