Senior Manager - Center of Excellence - BFS

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for driving all unsecured loans digital initiatives

- Responsible for understanding industry trends, competitor analysis and bring up new digital capability ideas for streamlining operations

- Responsible for initiatives to reduce time to disbursement (improve TAT) & drive touchfree loan processing

- Should be able to create documents (BRD, Wireframe, Product Review Decks, etc.)

- Take feedback from customers & Internal stakeholders (Sales, Call Centre, Credit, Operation) for initiatives to optimizing digital lending process

- Responsible for identification of business problem through regular sync up with cross functional business, risk, analytics and marketing stakeholder and translate the same in BRDs/User story/ Work flows

- Should be able to work closely with UI/UX, Dev team

Desired Skills :

- BE/BTech in computer science or information systems from a leading institute

- MBA/MTech from tier 1 institution

- Sound understanding of development cycle, scrum framework and UAT cycle

- Over 4-8+ years of experience in the desired capabilities

- Deep knowledge on SDLC process

- Exposure to API architecture

- Exposure to tools like - Confluence, JIRA, Postman

- Expertise in MS office suit
