Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify problem areas, implement marketing solutions, and maximize efforts towards driving revenues.
- Follow strategic marketing/advertising plans for each area of your responsibilities, which includes but is not limited to:
- Work closely with XCM (Cross channel and category marketing) team to build a robust marketing program to create mass awareness campaigns and leverage brand campaigns
- We run a lean team, and as a member of this team you will also provide feedback on the product, customer service and other elements of the program that impact the customer experience
- Conducting reoccurring audits of online presence of our properties and their competitors
- Executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Build and define the BTL monthly marketing calendar and budget requirement to improve network engagement
- Run marketing experiments to understand the levers that we can operate to improve the activation/retention rates within our network of physical points
- Partner with the business team to understand performance metrics, dive deep on root causes and address the relevant marketing problem
- Coordinating the development and maintenance of independent website content
- Managing the customer experience and transactional journey via our website and booking portal
- Building and leading the company's capabilities in SEO
- Initiating, evolving, and owning the corporate email marketing program(s)
- Managing a customer CRM platform through targeting and segmentation
- Oversee collateral development for all digital channels
- Directly managing and executing the property's social media efforts and reputation management
- Facilitating communication with internal stakeholders and external development partners
- Keep up-to-date on all reporting and results for digital marketing initiatives you own
- Champion the brand and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; marketing or advertising preferred
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of trade marketing, consumer marketing, and brand management experience in FMCG, retail, consumer electronics or durables or any other suitable consumer-facing organization
- End-to-end program management experience
- Experience with handling activation agencies; Understanding of the cost/benefits of various offline marketing channels
- Experience using marketing metrics to drive marketing and business decisions
- Good copy/visual editing skills, and prior experience working with advertising and market research agencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic office; able to work well under pressure and in a deadline drove environment
- Working knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics platforms and practices
- Must be able to travel domestically on occasion and as directed
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Results driven with a proven successful track record of project management as related to digital marketing initiatives
- Ability to provide analysis of property reporting and data and produce strategies accordingly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated superior presentation skills
- Experience with budgets and expense management necessary
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven success in content marketing and social media
- Clear understanding of website content management and e-mail marketing platforms
