Prione is offering the position of Catalog Team Leadbased out of Bangalore.  - As a Catalog Operations Manager with Prione, you will be responsible for bridging cataloging capability gaps among sellers in India who wish to list their products on Amazon. You will be responsible for entire cataloging function and ensure high quality standards and process adherence.You will managea large team of team leads and associates and will own the delivery of this team.   - You will also be responsible for their professional development and growth. You will drive innovation and continuous improvement in the process and quality to serve customers better by interacting with multiple stakeholders in different functions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.  Responsibilities of Catalog Manager :  - Manage the cataloging function with a team of 10 team leads and 80 associates  - Drive continuous process improvements across multiple areas through deep dive and problem solving approach  - Conflict management across stakeholders  - Monitor progress and manage escalations from internal/external stakeholders  - Interface with external & internal teams for various tasks on catalogs such as seller data quality control, catalog creation  - Achieve targeted productivity levels/SLAs for the team  - Manage health of the business by reviewing key metrics and business reports and represent cataloging function to broader audience.  Essential & Desirable Criteria :  - Minimum five years of experience in a results-oriented environment is essential  - Minimumthree years of experience in managing mid-large teams.  - Post graduation degree is essential; MBA is preferable  - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential  - Proficiency in MS Excel is essential  - Experience in profiles which require considerable coordination with internal and external stakeholders in desirable  - Experience with SME retailers/e-commerce/retail/advertising/media is desirable  Personal attributes and competencies :  - Demonstrated intense customer focus  - Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.  - Demonstrated ability to effectively lead people  - Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity  - Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful.
