Senior Manager - Career Development - Education

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proven track record in Sales/ Business development/ Key Account Management experience

- Creating processes and systems which maximize the potential of the recruitment process for both recruiters and students.

- Building fruitful relationships with CXOs in India's top organizations

- Providing effective training and inputs to students related to their careers of interest

- Developing and executing an annual strategy to achieve the overall objective of the Career Development Office - placing 400+ talented students in roles which match their abilities.
