The job description is given below for your reference : Position Summary Experience in handling the procurement of formulation plant machinery is must Indirect &amp; Capital Purchase for all plant Locations. Works in close coordination with central projects team, locational purchase, user departments like Production R&amp;D, QA/QC, warehouse, etc. Ensure timely &amp; cost effective purchase cycle for all CAPEX items. Techno commercial discussions, Negotiations. Development of new vendors. Ensure SOP &amp; Audit compliance. THE ROLE WILL BE AN TEAM MANAGER ROLE Job Responsibilities : 1. Procurement for New Projects &amp; regular CAPEX for Formulation Plant machinery. Techno commercial evaluation of offers &amp; comparative statements. Negotiation with Vendors &amp; order finalization. Preparation of orders. Contracts negotiations &amp; finalizations. Follow the approval process &amp; take approvals for placement of orders. 2. Monitoring MIS, Deliveries &amp; GRN/Invoice booking &amp; coordinate with finance for timely payments 3. Vendor relationship management, New/ Alternate vendor identification &amp; development. Get material with required quality, delivery &amp; service with competitive pricing. Keep updated market information 4. Adherence to procurement policies, SOP, Audit, Legal Compliance. Compliance to processes Knowledge &amp; Skills (Functional/Technical) : Good Techno- commercial accumen, Negotiation skills, Anlytical Skills, Muti tasking, Vendor relationship management, Imports management, Quick learner, M.S Office, SAP MM Module.
