Role Description

- Debt Raise from Indian Banks, NBFCs, International Banks & Development Finance Institutions

- Develop co-lending partnerships with banks and NBFCs

- Raise debt through NCD/Commercial Papers

- Manage day to day relationships with lenders and Co-Lenders

- Ratings Management

Attributes we are looking for

- 3-6 years of total experience

- Minimum 2 years as member of treasury /debt raise/debt syndication/co-lending team of NBFCs/Fintechs

- CA or MBA from top tier institute

- Experience in new age fintech NBFCs would be a BIG plus

- Deep existing relationships in banking ecosystem

- Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader

- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential

Role Description & Attributes we are looking for

To independently explore strategic partnership with Banks, NBFCs and other Financial Institutions for raising debt capital and building co-lending partnerships

To build and manage relationships with lenders and other stakeholders to successfully execute the transactions

To work with internal teams (finance, business, analytics, legal) for facilitating the debt and co- lending transactions

Overall, these responsibilities require strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a deep understanding of the financial industry and regulatory requirements.
