Role objective:  Responsible for West India region. Achieve sales targets through standardized, consistent & quality training interventions for trainers, area managers and Business development team. Maintain service excellence through effective training modules .  Job responsibilities:  - Integrated Learning Solutions strategy implementation for 5 states in West India along with Sales and marketing team to achieve regional business targets. Will closely be working with Focus groups and all the product categories to plan and work for meeting targets between the teams.  - Provide Integrated Learning Solutions as a part of the fixed Instructor Led calendar. Schedule training keeping in mind Geography, Strategic Account focus, category Split, New product launch support, balance of Knowledge based (Products, Business Opportunity, Operations), skills based (Selling, Sponsoring and Business Building) and leadership skills based sessions  - Providing Integrated Solutions for identified groups by defining Focus Group and planning and executing LOS based Instructor Led Interventions  - Promote alternative channels of learning viz e learning, Mobile learning, Print Literature, Social learning and conducting Leader Led Programs as per defined plans and targets  - Implement and Adhere to all standardized training processes. Be responsible and accountable for implementation, Communication, Audit and Governance of training processes at the region.  Desired profile:  Post Grad/Dipl. in training/sales/MBA, 8+ yrs exp.  MUST be from a leading FMCG/Food/Pharma/Cosmetic co.s handling sales training as a part of major responsibility.  Key skills required are :   - Target orientation  - Team management   - Facilitation, Presentation, Public Speaking and Communication skills  Willing to travel in west India.  Our client is a Global leader manufacturing & selling more than 500 FMCG products to more than 100 countries worldwide with a turnover US $ 11.3 billion.
