STRATEGIC -
- Getting involved in hiring forecast discussions of entry level requirements. Stakeholder management - Involving leadership in engagement initiatives.
This activity involves a lot of meetings/discussions specifying the reason for a said initiative.
- Closely working with stakeholders- Placement Officers, Principals/Head of Depts., Student committee, Business Unit Managers and Senior Management to keep a healthy relationship.
- Identifying campuses that are best suited for hiring (CTC/JOB role/Competition understanding are considered)
- Negotiation of day slots PAN India.
- Shortlisting campuses for engagement purposes(Guest lectures/R&D/Liveprojects/Seminars/t\Teck talks etc).\
- Looking at onboarding dates, objective is to provide early DOJ providing edge to us over competitors.
HIRING -
- Driving the whole hiring initiative ground upwards, be it connecting, engaging & negotiating for our position on these top campuses or preparing for our visits in terms of panel mobilization, Collateral, orientations, sponsor, logistics& the time consuming assessment design.
- Making hiring calendar.
- Leading hiring activities, including preplacement talks and operational aspects of campus event. Ensuring final selects are given to campus on the same day.
OPERATIONAL:-
SPOC for Offer management team for any campus related queries, specifically revolving around offer release/DOJ finalization.
- Ensuring all documents/trackers are uploaded on SharePoint- accessible for audit purpose. Working with regional recruitment Spoc to clear any insufficiency in documents.
Logistics arrangement for any campus related activities.
