Designation- Senior Manager- Campus Hiring (engg colleges)  The role is part of the India Campus Recruitment team and will be to lead the Engineering School Recruitment for Campuses across India   This team would be the one-stop shop for all E school related hiring and engagement initiatives in India. Your role will also be to:   - Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the E school recruitment and Engagement team.   - Build and maintain relationships with campuses   - Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment.   - Lead compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   - Creating campus hiring strategy from E schools across India working closely with the Business leadership team  - Planning and executing the campus delivery cycle end to end   - Creating engagement and branding strategy for E schools   - Work with Recruitment marketing team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to meet overall business objectives  - Managing the financial budgets and delivering initiatives  - Identifying areas of opportunity and shaping actions to address them, where needed  - Ensure one face to the Campus and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed  - Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate strategies  Interested candidates please apply or call 9874200357
