Sr Manager - Campus Hiring
Experience: 10 -12 Years
Location - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment of campus hires- interns / trainee programs /FTE.
- Responsible for building of strategy and execution plan for campus recruitment
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design the recruitment approach to meet the recruitment demand.
- Building relationships and networks with key campuses across the region.
- Plan and execute all on-campus activities including presentations, campus schedules, engagement programs, networking events and interviews.
- Lead the planning and execution of a wide variety of on-campus events, hackathons, events.
- Roll out of campus ambassador programs
- Program management of trainee programs
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders
- Manage all pre and post campus activities (including offers, ATS updates/trackers/kits etc.)
Desired Profile:
- MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources from Premier B School
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization. Candidate from IT recruitment background is preferred.
- High on integrity, trustworthiness and collaboration
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Campus programs
- Excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
- Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Should have strong analytics, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
