- Manage recruitment of campus hires- interns / trainee programs /FTE.
- Responsible for building of strategy and execution plan for campus recruitment
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design the recruitment approach to meet the recruitment demand.
- Building relationships and networks with key campuses across the region.
- Plan and execute all on-campus activities including presentations, campus schedules, engagement programs, networking events and interviews.
- Lead the planning and execution of a wide variety of on-campus events, hackathons, events.
- Create awareness and ensure the organization brand on campus and in the marketplace remains competitive.
- Roll out of campus ambassador programs
- Program management of trainee programs
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders
- Manage all pre and post campus activities (including offers, ATS updates/trackers/kits etc.)
