Senior Manager - Campaign Management - Insurance Firm

Summary :

1) Formulating & driving the campaign management plan for the assigned campaigns in collaboration with the vertical heads

2) Collaborating with relevant stakeholders at corporate office to align processes & maximize efficiency to ensure extraction

3) Tracking & driving the campaign management plan through analytics, automation & partnering with field teams

Responsibility :

1. Formulating the Campaign Management Plan (CMP) as per annual targets in conjunction with vertical heads & with inputs from the field leadership

2. Launching & driving the CMP through analytics & field visits to gather field feedback

3. Continuous process optimization through collaboration with cross functional & field stakeholders to optimize extraction & efficiency metrics

4. Cross pollinate best practices between channels and verticals to raise the overall table for the business

5. Mine & prepare desired analytics to review health of business & support decision making

6. Manage review cadence with field & corporate stakeholders to drive CMP
