HolidayMe is a unique website offering on-the-fly customized travel solutions to customers across the Middle East. The company is founded by Mr. Geet Bhalla and Mr. Digvijay Pratap with offices across UAE, Saudi Arabia and India and a team of over 85 across these locations.
This includes the ability to design holiday packages, hotels, sightseeing activities and transfers for destinations all over the world. The website, through its unique user experience allows the customer to choose from hundreds of curated itineraries created by experts for worldwide destinations and further personalize it according to one's preferences. The customer can also book a completely customized package from scratch using its simple user friendly platform. All packages can be booked instantly using multiple payment methods.
The website offers over 100,000 hotels and over 8,000 activities to choose from. It also has airport pick up and drop facility across 300 cities globally. Geet was among the first to spot a change in the online travel scenario in the Middle East. The online travel agency sales is expected to reach $3 billion this year in the region and will continue to grow at a significant rate in the years to come.
HolidayMe is being launched in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, later extending to other Middle Eastern countries. We have offices across Dubai, Riyadh and Pune and a team of over 70 across these locations.

Job Description: Senior Manager ( Call Center)
Location : Pune
Roles & responsibilities:
- Managing daily running of the call centre, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call centre strategies and operations
- Reporting and analysis of sales forecast
- Defining and delivering key business analytics and metrics packages
- Driving Pipeline management and providing guidance
- Defining data hygiene management and reconciliations
- Provide coaching, feedback, project guidance, and career planning to employees
- Oversees teams and/or manages the execution of creating business process mapping and documentation
- Build key relationships with internal/external business partners
- Guides team to proactively find customer experience opportunities and owns subsequent solutions that ensure seamless post launch support of new products & services.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to manage through a shared vision and path to success.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to use good judgement to make decisions
- Possess exceptional people management skills enabling effective interaction with
