Sr. Manager-Buying and Merchandising

Job responsibilities :

- Accountable for complete "Planning, Buying and Merchandising" activities for entire PAN India Blackberrys EBO/MBO and LFR business.

- Financial Planning & Demand forecasting-Budgeting and planning for the complete Apparel category keeping in mind the targeted category contribution, sales and margin across Channels.

- Seasonal Buy Plan and Range Architecture ; Deciding the Merchandise plan with "Right" Width-Depth-MRP mix requirement at a sub-category level across retail channel keeping in mind the Revenue and the AVU targets.

- Inventory Management ; Planning & Controlling.

- Profitability Management ; Executes price, promotional adjustments / PLC management in terms of In-Season & EOSS Markdowns and Promotions at store level.

- Study previous season performance and take corrective action.

- Maximize the sales and profitability in the business by providing effective merchandise strategies.

- Conducting competition mapping to identify sales potential and saturation index of the categories
