Senior Manager - Business Transformation - Big4 - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS

Level : Senior Manager.

Location : Mumbai.

Preferable Candidates : Accenture or Big 4

Major responsibilities & deliverables :

Role:

- Business transformation professional with Atleast 10 years of experience - Post Qualification.

- Should be managing a P&L.

- Should be proactively doing BD/ Lead Generation

- Education: IIM,XLRI, MDI, FMS, ISB or Tier 1 Foreign University

Key Responsibilities:

- Should have worked on various Finance Transformation / Business Transformation

- Should be open for travel

- Should have experience in client management - CXO level

Role Purpose :

- This role is responsible for managing the delivery of and providing Financial Transformation/Business transformation Programme and ensuring the overall coordination of the streams with others in the programme.

- This role specifically seeks project implementation specialization in terms of managing multiple streams of execution and delivery ensuring effective overall control and oversight

- Provides necessary execution support to develop end-to-end business and functional solutions that conform to finance standards as well as all other bank standards such as technology.

- Strong track record of delivering solutions on large projects .

- Excellent communication skills

- Delivery of high quality work, in a limited amount of time

- Excellent attention to detail

- High levels of drive and self motivation.

- Pragmatic approach to achieving the objectives set, able to flex an approach as needed

- A willingness to work with ambiguity within a fluid business environment

- Track record of working in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritising, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines (both short and long term)

- Capacity to think creatively and laterally; excellent reasoning skills and the ability to make sound judgments

- Good Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Projects

- Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player.

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, including the delivery of cross functional and transformation projects

- Ability to empathize with clients and to work to demanding timeframes/deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills

Qualifications required:

- MBA from Tier-1 Business School (IIMs / ISB / XLRI / FMS/ IIFT / Jamnalal Bajaj / MDI etc.)
