Position Title Manager for Business Restructuring [ Insolvency project] with one of the big 5

Location - Mumbai

Qualification CA with above 10 years of relevant experience with any Industry (preferable Manufacturing) or consulting business.

Profile:

Domain Knowledge & skill sets

- Must have worked - Finance Accounts & Audit

- Understanding on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code

- Understanding of the financial statements & Cash flow Management.

- Strong communication and articulation skills.

- Must have independently handled few projects as Team Leader with the team of 6 to 10 people.

- Finance and Administration experience preferably worked in large corporations with senior management.

- Correspondence relating to legal issues

Responsibilities: Business Process Managers

- Project Management/ Business Planning Management

- Meetings & Coordination with lenders, Management, Legal Team & Internal Team.

- Compliances relating to Resolution Professional & Corporate Debtor under IBC reporting,

- Cash flow Management &Preparation of Information Memorandum

- Claims Collation & Verification

- Open to travel and work long hours.
