You will handle deal origination and strategic business review. You will utilize your expert financial knowledge to analyze financial statements. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Working closely with the Managing Director and other senior stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives and build organisational capabilities - Overseeing delivery of high-quality business research and analytics solutions to global clients. This will include providing domain expertise, assuring quality on deliverables, providing guidance to project managers on complex projects etc. - Managing teams. This will include managing performance, charting out growth path and mentoring the assigned resources across levels - Contributing to firm-level responsibilities including knowledge management, training, recruitment &amp; selection, new product/service development, internal process development, branding etc. - Preparing Business Development plans and marketing activities through creation of collaterals, thought leadership pieces, proposals and pitch documents - Representing the firm in appropriate industry forums using various Private Equity, M&amp;A and domain-specific knowledge resources and research frameworks to draw key insights THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: - MBA from leading Indian B-Schools (preferably IIMs or another tier 1 institutes) - 9 to 12 years of experience in M&amp;A Research Consulting and Business Research &amp; Consulting with at least 5 years in managing teams and leading projects for a Corporate Finance client. - Good experience across sectors/industries preferably Financial services. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
