Senior Manager - Business Operations - BFSI

JOB DESCRIPTION :

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Drive critical strategic initiatives, work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, develop actionable solutions through a rigorous data driven process.

2. Collaborate with senior leadership team to identify design thinking/innovation opportunities.

3. Develop automated solutions (RPA/Cognitive/Scripts/Platform. and define process automation roadmap by partnering with business and technology teams.

4. Develop metrics to measure business performance and identify enablers to improve efficiencies.

5. Ideate and collaborate with BI team to develop dashboards & provide insight into business operations.

6. Formulate, implement, and review operational policies and procedures for business unit.

7. Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives of the team, including but not exclusive to successful transition/implementation of new processes and process improvement initiatives.

8. Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required.

9. Work independently on projects, from concept to completion, and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

10. Provide constant, ongoing communication to ensure barriers/obstacles are removed and necessary support is obtained.

11. Mentor quality assurance process and ensure adherence of process compliance and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS:

1. Mandatory MBA from Tier 1 & Tier 2 Business School.

2. Overall 8 years experience.

3. Minimum 1 years of experience in Customer Operations.

4. Minimum 4 years of experience in People Management skills.

5. Experience in operational project management or operational consulting roles preferred.

6. Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python preferred.

7. Knowledge of six sigma tools preferred.

8. Need to be resourceful & comfortable working with people from diverse culture.

9. Exercise good judgement in diverse circumstances with strong communication and presentation skill.

10. Resilient in withstanding pressure and delivering efficiently

11. Demonstrate positive outlook on everyday challenges.
