Responsibilities
- Manages a team 22 people to support day to day operations of the sales vertical such as - Business analysis
- Dealer management including onboarding, training and incentive tracking for ca. 50K dealers
- Financial operations including payment modes, invoicing, reconciliation, and receivable tracking in the various programs
- Collaborates with tech, product and finance team members to ensure seamless business execution
- Raises and tracks operational issues in different programs, resolve complex issues involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required
- Works on creating processes for operational gaps so that they can be automated
- Works with sales teams to help track and meet daily, monthly and quarterly goals
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing processes
- Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed Skillset required
- Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall dealer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
- Analysing training needs/requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
- Ability to communicate with others effectively
- Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings
- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations Relevant experience needed
- Min 8 - 10 years of experience as an Operations Manager
