Senior Manager - Business IT Department

This is for one of esteemed client in Airoli ( Mumbai):

Responsibilities:

1. As part of a global team, develop and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with the business objectives, ensuring it supports growth, efficiency, and innovation.

2. Lead and manage the Business IT department, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to maintain a high-performing and motivated workforce.

3. Collaborate with global IT teams such as global process owners, security, and infrastructure teams to achieve local and global targets.

4.Collaborate with business leaders to understand their business and relevant technology needs. Enable an effective governance structure to identify and focus on the highest priority initiatives.

5. Drive the implementation of new technologies and digital initiatives, ensuring effective change management and user adoption.

6. Develop and manage the IT budget, monitoring expenditures and optimizing costs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and projects.

7. Take responsibility in data security, disaster recovery and business continuity plan to minimize downtime and mitigate risks to critical IT systems and data.

Qualifications:

1. B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA

2. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an IT department, preferably as a Head of Business IT /Enterprise Applications or a similar position.

3. ERP or other business applications implementation and support experience.

4. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a diverse team, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.

5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results within budget.

6. Good understanding of global standards and generally accepted principles to tailor and apply to Huhtamaki's needs.
