You will handle a team of managers, developers across different cultures and business environments as well as interact with eminent, global stakeholders from different group businesses. You Will Be Responsible For : 1. Discussing with the business stakeholders and collect, transform and store the data in internal servers and continuously optimize the ETL process 2. Designing and delivery reports and insights to help analyze key financial and operational performance metrics. 3. Managing team of managers, analysts and developers, and overviewing the design and delivery of BI reports and business intelligence dashboards. 4. Delivering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement in the existing solutions. 5. Creating data hub for entire organization 6. Creating visualization reports 7. Managing the global stakeholders on an ongoing basis while delivering on the requirements. 8. Creating a culture of continuous learning and self-development. 9. Working with business/operations team to define the operational MIS and KPI's The Successful Candidate : 1. BE/B.Tech with MBA - Finance or relevant degree in Finance having strong business intelligence, visualization and MI background 2. 12-16 years- experience in financial sector with strong experience working with teams in implementing business intelligence solutions/frameworks for organizations. 3. Experience on business intelligence tools such as QlikView/Qliksense,SQL/Oracle,PowerBI and Tableau with a broad understanding of predictive models. 4. Strong financial and accounting background specifically around financial performance reporting and balanced scorecards. 5.Excellent insurance/employee benefits domain knowledge across geographies. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Global stakeholder management experience must 8. Expertise in handling large teams and expanding the existing teams 9.
