Senior Manager - Business Intelligence - Consulting Firm

BI professional will help the company to put the data it already collects to use in order to increase the companies efficiency and maximize profits. This role requires individual to lead the BI function while being ready to take responsibility at the higher level. The individual is required to comb through large amount of data by querying database effectively, and then produce reports and identify trends to generate actionable business insights. This position, reporting to Chief Technical Officer will interface with the Leadership team/stakeholders and must have range of skills In big data as well as keen business understanding . This is an individual contributor role and is ideal for Dynamic, Proactive individual with an excellent communication skill.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position requires person to manage and influence leadership stakeholders and at the same time is able to dive really deep in to processes and systems, needing to be completely hands on when required.

Some of the Key result areas includes, but not limited to:

- Translate business needs to technical specifications and Deliver end to end quality and sustainable BI solutions.

- Experience in Business Analytics and strong hard skills on various analysis tools like Excel, SQL, R, Python, QlikSense etc.

- Build relationship with business/ functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, detail project scope, review interim and final outputs.

- Understanding business requirements/ challenges, devising and implementing data modelling-based solutions to achieve business objectives.

- Designing and implementing analytics solutions like Sales, KPI, Financial dashboards.

- Sound knowledge of information systems - ERP, Sales Force etc. & reasonable comfort level with learning and using new software solutions.

PROFILE DETAILS

QUALIFICATION:

- Post - Graduate / Graduate in any field.

- Data Analytics, BI, RPA etc. certifications will be an added advantage.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

- Experience in Business Analytics and strong hard skills on various analysis tools like Excel, SQL, R, Python, Qlik Sense etc.

- Creative, analytical ability

- Expected to bring in a consultative mindset and problem-solving approach and drive analytical throughput for the team

- Should have strong communication and presentation skills .

- Ability to work with multiple assignments.

- Adherence to Project deadlines
