Senior Manager - Business Intelligence - BFSI

1) Principal Accountabilities

- Support the top management in annual planning & budgeting process with in-depth analysis

- Predictive Analysis, Productivity Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Behavioral Analysis, Customer Analysis

- Data Analytics to identify opportunities for cross selling/ revenue generation

- Business performance monitoring

- Managing end to end campaigns, web analytics, market analysis

- Should be able to come up with new ideas for revenue generation and help the team achieve the revenue figures.

- Dissemination of Analysis to support business decision

- Interaction with the internal customers for better performance delivery

- Design, develop and maintain ETL data integration process with the Business Intelligence, Enterprise and IT team.

- Analyze and provide technical solution to business requested project from data integration and design perspective.

- Work with various departments on providing solution from work flow perspective to ensure an integral end-to-end solution.

- Coordinating actions among developers, production control, DBA, infrastructure team and project vendor to implement the ETL scripts and objects.

2) Technical /Specialist Certification /Experience in

- SAS Enterprise Guide,

- SQL (Microsoft /Oracle/ Postgres ...etc)

- BI Reporting tools - SAS VA/ Tableau/ SSRS/ SpagoBI - etc

- ETL Tools - Talent /Informatica/ SSIS

- Excel, Power Point

3) Skills and Knowledge

- Experience of working on annual business planning.

- Experience in administrating of Data warehouse activities

- Predictive Analysis, Productivity Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Behavioral Analysis, Customer Analysis

- Customer Segmentation analysis - Decision tree

- Experience of working in various ETL technologies like (SSIS, Informatica or SAP - Business Objects etc.)

- Microsoft SQL Server, Business Intelligence Reporting, Requirements Analysis and Design, Data Conversion, Data Modeling with relational and dimensional structures

- Business intelligence reporting development experience using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau or any other BI platform.

- Good verbal communication skills

- Good written communication/process documentation skills
