Senior Manager - Business Intelligence

- Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights

- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and manage timelines to deliver

- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those

- Analyze and present insights through reports that aid decision-making

- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models

- Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations

- Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL scripts and perform detailed analytics towards data visualization

- Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems

- Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems

- Create custom charts and custom calculations as per requirements

- Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs

- Perform SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data

- Work with users and team members at all level for performance improvement and suggestions. 5+ Experience with Advanced SQL (Oracle/MySQL/Teradata/Other equivalent) and BI Reporting Tools in enterprise environment

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PowerBI/Tableau is a must

- 5+ years of Reporting and Report execution experience is must

- Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts is required

- Experience with data warehouse and ETL tools preferred

- Experience with report scheduling required

- BI administration experience preferred

- BI security management: Data Security, Content Permissions and Ownership, Manage Users and Groups

- Exposure to Big Data technologies (Hadoop) will be an added advantage

- Project/Product management experience a plus
