Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for driving the end-to-end business HR delivery in the assigned geography, in a dynamic, customer-facing business environment. The purpose of this role is to partner with businesses by facilitating (creating) a performance-driven, diverse, and collaborative culture through the adoption of HR strategies, processes, systems, and tools that are aligned with business needs.
Strategic:
- Drive systemic organizational and people strategies that are aligned with the business strategy.
- Manpower planning in line with Business performance and strategy.
- Develop and implement a pre-emptive compliance strategy to ensure smooth operations and continuity of business.
- Ability to connect with various business stakeholders to provide strategic foresight and support on HR delivery & service.
Functional:
- Responsible for effective business partnering by building good business acumen.
- Will manage HR operations and employee life cycle, spread across the assigned geographies and the assigned vertical.
- Drive manpower planning, and productivity through optimization, effective Business Associate Management, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure adherence to all Statutory and labor law compliances at offices.
- Lead the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives having a diverse workforce and spread geographically.
- Drive digital adoption and technology implementation in HR processes as needed to achieve efficiencies and growth.
- Embed the Performance Culture and guided the teams to follow performance management processes and drive developmental plans.
- Challenge the status quo and champion new initiatives within assigned client groups. Lead cross-functional strategic change projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- HR operations - Employee life cycle management of On-boarding, Induction Confirmation, and Exit management.
- Review and resolve employee grievances.
- Conceptualize and drive key initiatives that impact business e.g. job rotation, diversity and inclusion, cost management & productivity.
- Ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the organization.
People:
- Facilitate the creation of an engaged and capable workforce.
- Driving a culture of diversity and inclusion in the organization, by promoting practices that are best in class for hiring, engaging, and retaining a diverse workforce.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of the role.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes or policies.
- Actively drive employee engagement measures.
- Statutory compliance (PF/ESIC)/Payroll/ Employee Grievance Handling of business locations.
