We are seeking a solid, self-starting Senior Manager to partner with business teams. This person will help enable decisions for growing existing businesses and building new ones from scratch at Flipkart. This role requires ability to invent, go beyond the standard business rules to experiment and conceive together with the category teams to land financially sustainable solutions for short and long terms

The successful candidate should have a history of:

- Understanding of ecommerce segment,

a) Delivering high-quality financial controls,

b) Ability to model new and ambiguous businesses,

c) Work in constantly changing environments

d) Motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment

e) Ability to understand and mitigate business and financial risks

- Lead business agenda on new insights / business cases to help augment market share

- Thought Leadership to help business growth agenda

- Strong aptitude and financial acumen

- Hold and remain accountable to category PnL Targets on topline and bottomline

- Expertise in Manufacturing Controls and commercial compliances

This is a perfect position for someone who knows how to work fast and smart in a dynamic environment. It involves multi-tasking, helping his/her business partners understand financial decisions and future roadmap.

As a member of a growing team, you will deal with a high level of ambiguity and changing priorities. The successful candidate will maneuver through the ambiguity, communicate effectively across teams and levels while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key.

Basic Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or similar discipline with analytical bias, cross-functional collaboration, and Team Management

- Rrelevant experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results

- Experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis experience with Excel advanced functions
