Senior Manager - Business Finance - FinTech

- Partnering business for new product launch and drive the right strategy from growth and financial sustainability standpoint

- Evaluating new partners from commercials to operations standpoint

- Conduct post-launch analysis on business initiatives and share learnings

- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure structuring for compliance

- Build long term business plan and P&L for different lending and insurance models

- Institutionalise metrics framework to show the right health of the different businesses

- Review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionables

- Identify bottlenecks or processes at odds with business/ financial goals and Drive efficiencies

- Participate & Drive standardization & automation projects for process efficiency

Skills required

- Post Graduate from a Tier-1/2 B-School

- 7-8 years of Post qualification experience

- Experience on business side, preferably in a bank/NBFC or a fintech startup

- Strong problem solving skills and analytical rigour
