Job Location : Mumbai   Travel - Internationally once a quarter (Minimum)   Are you someone with :   - Black Belt Certification/ Master Black Belt certification   - 10+ years of experience in a Financial Services Industry working in a Big4, Consulting company or a Bank   - CMMI, Lean, Six Sigma Certified professional   - Excellent Stakeholder management skills, communication and presentation skills   - B.Tech/ B.E and an MBA (from Tier 1 B School)   - Hands on Experience in Delivery of BB projects across the world   - Strong Project Management/ Change management skills   - ISO 9001 Lead Auditor   Would you be keen for a role where your responsibilities would be to :   - Responsible for analysis, facilitation, LSS training's, mentoring, project reporting and providing recommendations for process improvements that will improve quality, reduce costs and establish appropriate process metrics and improve process controls.   - Train and coach LSS Black Belts and Green Belts through project execution leading up to certification.   - Work in coordination with the senior leadership on project identification, selection, and prioritization.   - Conduct classroom instruction for Black Belt and Green Belt courses as well as Executive/Project Sponsor Workshop, Project Identification and Selection Workshop.   - Lead the execution of enterprise-level LSS projects.   - Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred Lean Six-Sigma approaches   - Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management
