Senior Manager - Business Excellence/Compliance - Insurance

Locations: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordination for Business Excellence project schedules, resources, equipment and information

- Follow-up with stakeholder functions for submission of requisite information and data

- Compilation of data/information for the participation of BEM

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

- Assign tasks and action points with the internal teams and co-ordination for timely closure

- Act as a single point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

- Evaluate the processes / SOPs at the organisational level on a periodic basis and carry out necessary amendments as and when required

- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance

- Assist project/business head/s and members and provide additional support as and when needed

- Maintaining monthly reports to be shared with senior management with a status update

Preferred:

- Post Graduate/MBA/any other equivalent higher education qualification

- Having 5-10 years of corporate sales experience in Fin Institutions/TPA/Brokers

- Having 3-5 years of Insurance sales/servicing experience (General/Life)

- Having knowledge of the local corporate market

- Excellent communication skills

- Sound influencing skills with corporate decision-makers

- Good networking and relationship-building skills

- Highly competent with MS Office and Windows presentation tools

- Preference to candidates with relevant work experience from Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits specialization

Experience:

- Having 3 - 5 years of work experience in handling business excellence projects, process review and coordination with internal stakeholders

- Having 2 - 3 years of experience in the General/Life insurance industry
