Senior Manager - Business Excellence - BFS

- Looking for someone with engineering plus MBA from reputed B-School with overall 8-10 years of experience in project management of enterprise level projects, process reengineering involving RPA.

- Should have consulting and Lean/Six Sigma project implementation experience.

- ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Operations management background, certification in RPA implementation or in Audit area will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- influence and motivate the departmental teams to reengineer their processes leveraging his/her past experiences in other organizations, identify improvement opportunities and drive transformational and continuous improvement projects

- advise, guide and monitor departmental project teams in implementation of improvement projects. Help teams perform high level analytics using tools like Minitab on determining, monitoring and improving key processes maturity

- manage end to end enterprise wide improvement projects, resolve issues and report project progress. help improve project management discipline across departments and regional offices

- analyze and reengineer processes leveraging past experience of RPA implementation

- map business processes in iGrafx and help departments maintain their process maps and relevant documentation in enterprise process repository

- manage internal operational audit and liaise between auditors and departments getting audited
