Senior Manager - Business Excellence

The role will broadly include the following:

- Work as a change agent and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Study of the existing business processes, mainly from RE operations perspective.

- Identify the gaps in the business processes

- Highlight the need for implementation of new processes

- Standardization of business processes across the platform.

- Devise mechanism to ensure compliance with business process

- Identify opportunity to seek business excellence certifications such as latest ISO standards / Six Sigma / Black Belt certifications

- Prepare and circulate MIS for management information.
