We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The Business Development Manager will consistently win and implement new accounts.
You will build and maintain a new business pipeline, working alongside Head Business Development to effectively secure and handover new accounts.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Understanding of Industrial and Warehousing real estate
- Strong insights into logistics requirements of Ecommerce/FMCG/Retail/Fashion
- Deep Business acumen and ability to qualify/nuture large opportunities.
- Highly presentable and knack of approaching senior stakeholders on customer side
- Consistently win new customers within a defined prospect area
- Implement and set up new accounts, with a focus on product penetration and profit
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- The Business Development Manager should have experience of working in B2B / Enterprise Sales / Consultative Sales specialists from:
Invest India
Manufacturing
FMCG
FMCD
3PL
- Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets
- Ability to build and develop a pipeline of new business
- Excellent customer awareness, ability to build solid working relationships
- Able to sell and negotiate at all levels within an organisation
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Qualification : Graduate/MBA
