Pharm with MBA / PG Experience : 5 years in Sourcing and TP management Brief Job Description : - Responsible for Assessment of product ideas - Initial screening of product/ideas before its presented to Marketing - Lead projects for new product development post the idea generation - Process - Responsible to review and create SOPs for critical activities within BD function - process - Interface between to Mktg, R&D, Third party, Legal, QA, Corporate regulatory, Finance and Supply chain. - regulatory & Multitasking - Networking to get differentiated products that can be commercialized - networking - Lead negotiations with vendors to achieve the desired Cost savings - Negotiations - Responsible to get licenses for any NPD - regulatory - Responsible to schedule production and distribution by coordinating with Distribution team/ for NPD - Planning - Responsible for screening potential business deals, evaluating options - In licensing - Responsible for sourcing indirect purchases within the budgets & time - Responsible for scheduling Vendor Audits and proposing Vendor Ratings - Regulatory - Responsible for releasing rolling production plans for all sites - Responsible for tech-transfers to new sites Critical attributes / qualities : - Adept in new product development processes & vendor management, exposure to QFD process, Microsoft projects, high on Co-ordination and interpersonal skills
