Senior Business Development Manager
- A bachelors' or masters' degree in sales.
- 6 to 8 years for GM/AVP Sales with experience in the BGV industry Hospitality, Telecom or Manpower Industry.
- Thorough understanding of the industry both on Indian and global soil, Flexible to travel, Solution oriented outlook.
- PC proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Data mining, Analysis, Word, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel 25 - 50% of the time.
- Sitting location preferably in Bangalore /Delhi/Mumbai
- Bring new partners on board ,maintain relationships, Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
- Manage funnels, forecast, devise, seize sales opportunities that would attain targets given.
- Should know who's who ?? affluent and connected with decision makers in the HR/Procurement space especially in the IT-Ites, BFSI, E-com and hospitality Co's.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, negotiation skills, working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's Unique Selling Propositions and Differentiators.
- Accountability & Capability of handling a sales team PAN India
