Our client from the E-commerce and travel domains are expanding their teams to launch and enhance a suite of products across India & APAC.
The BD Managers of this team are result-oriented individuals with a passion and capability for creating high-quality solutions for customer problems.
As Sr. Manager BD, you will be responsible to acquire and manage clients for the range of ready to use and tailor-made SaaS products / solutions. You will be responsible for meeting the agreed sales and marketing targets time to time, co-ordination with existing, new clients, and in-house development teams.
Essential Accountability:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for software sales and revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and geographic regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market demands, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies.
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the pre-sales technical team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including contract negotiation and sales contract execution.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales productivity software.
