Senior Manager - Business Development - Real Estate

Job Purpose :

- Identifying, sourcing and finalization of potential sites as per brand/region specific goals by market mapping/ surveys in respective territories.

- Support existing operations in the respective markets by means of renewals & resolving critical matters related to developers/Landlords.

- Resolve critical property related issues w.r.t. current operational stores for specific brands in the respective markets.

- Source new sites in the respective markets.

- Negotiation and finalizing of commercials with developer/ owners/consultants for new sites as well as renewals/relocations in the respective markets.

Qualification : PGDM from a reputed College

Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in same or similar Industry in the specific region.

Candidates Attributes :

- Knowledge of retail & realty industry

- Effective communication and negotiation skills

- Complete knowledge about legal documentation.
