Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our business. As the Business Development Manager focused on property acquisition, your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and secure suitable properties for the establishment and expansion of our business. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing a property acquisition strategy, negotiating lease agreements, and managing relationships with landlords and real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive property acquisition strategy aligned with the business's growth objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential locations suitable for operations.

- Identify and evaluate properties that meet the business's requirements in terms of size, location, demographics, and target market.

- Engage in lease negotiations with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to secure favorable terms and conditions.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address any contractual or financial issues related to property acquisitions.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the suitability of potential properties for operations.

- Evaluate properties based on factors such as visibility, accessibility, parking facilities, zoning regulations, and competition.

- Stay up to date with local zoning regulations, building codes, and permits required for salon establishments.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Master's degree in business administration

- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in business development, or property acquisition roles in retail

- In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and lease negotiation processes.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish productive relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.

- Flexibility to travel as required for property visits and business meetings.
