They serve Patient's suffering from Chronic disease wherein provide skilled support to Patient at their home like Nursing/Physio/Diet/Counseling, educational support, drug support, diagnostic support etc - all these services given to Patients at ZERO cost.
Position Responsibility summary:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify and collate database for potential disease / therapeutic segments and operating pharmaceutical companies in those areas.
- Build networking with identified and prospective Pharmaceutical professionals to explore business opportunity for PULSE module.
- Conduct gap analysis of pharmaceutical business's end customer reach.
- Design workable module based on analysis to bridge gap in patient reach out.
- Effectively showcase and present business module to target customer and gain principle acceptance.
- Prepare proposal and work out commercials and decisively negotiate with prospective customer.
- Design and implement Customer Satisfaction Index policy and process in conjunction with Operations Manager.
- Strengthen and expand operational reach of program by identifying service providers and striking commercially viable business alliance with them to support service commitments under programs / modules.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Build marketing muscles through designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for Disease and Patient Management programs.
- Work in tandem with Medical team to roll out medical / scientific literatures to support acceptability and effectiveness of disease and patient management programs.
- Prepare annual Marketing plans for existing programs encompassing promotional budgets, marketing activity schedules and other brand building strategies.
- Conduct study and collaborate data on patient behaviors and compliance to drugs and therapies to support program need.
MEDICO MARKETING
- Study medical and therapeutical aspects of different disease segments and prepare inspiring data for target customer's business prospective.
- Conduct required research on existing data on various diseases / segments to build a saleable module.
- Keep abreast of updates in therapeutic areas of chronic and acute ailments.
Profile's Basic requirement:
- Pharma or Science Graduate with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in sales / PMT of Pharmaceutical Company.
- Must have EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills along with EXCELLENT articulation skills
- Must have a flair for Sales and Marketing domain with exceptional aggression
