Job Profile :

- Identify, develop and track emerging business opportunities in Critical Care segment

- Recommend new Therapy / Category / Market in Critical Care segment

- Identify and develop business relations with Key Accounts (Corporate chain hospitals)

- Identify potential product bundling / product mix opportunities

- Conceptualize and drive New Product launches

Job Description :

Business Development :

- Identify and propose trendsetter ideas through industry research, events, publications and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments

- Identify business opportunities by contacting potential partners

- Screens potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, potential and financial through business analysis and modeling

- Develop integration plan of new business with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials

Key Accounts Management :

- Business potential analysis & Key Account Management

- Tracking top hospitals business & new market opportunities

- Brand and Sales Planning for the Key accounts

- Improve relationship building CEO's / MD's of major key accounts

- Track competition and propose competitive strategies

- Tracking of Institution business & ensuring ROI

- Timely Submission of applicable Reports /Feedbacks

- Ensure compliance with company COC's & HR policies

- Coordinate with various divisions to get maximum benefits from investment made and through our corporate relationship

- Identifying and coordinating activities like training and support in accreditations

Experience and Qualifications :

- M.B.A (marketing) from premier Institute.

- 7-12 Years of successful experience in Sales & Marketing function with last assignment in Key Accounts / Business Development

- Preferably from Super Specialty business segment

Essential skills :

- Excellent analytical and presentation skills

- Ability to influence key stake holders

- Ability to work on projects and coordinate with peers in the organization

- Ability to develop business models and arrive at optimum options

- Capability to do market research for identified product segment or identify products based on market trend to meet growth aspirations in the coming years
