Senior Manager - Business Development - Interior Designing Firm

The role is with a Leading Global Interior Designing Firm (Which provides strategy and interior design for workplaces, Data centers and Healthcare sectors. Delivering projects from concept through construction. )

Working with Clients Like : Google, BOSH, Expedia , Dell, Expedia, HP, KPMG etc

Required :Someone with 5+ yrs of experience from Interior Designing Firms

Role : Mgr/Sr Mgr Business Development

Profile :

- Knowledge of real estate sector in workplace strategy and change management

- Leverage and build strategic client relationships to grow new business, increase market share and retain key client relationships.

- Establishing and maintaining long-term client accounts for workplace design services.

- Deliver sales targets.

- Building and maintaining sound working relationships with all the departments including Design, Projects and Engineering & Technology teams.
