Job Purpose: - Relationship building and management through transaction life cycle. Ability to balance between relationship skills and strong technical abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and managing relationships with target clientele - Strong technical ability - Industry and financial analysis - Ability to handle transactions independently - Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis - Preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes - Liaising with clients for transaction activities like information gathering, due diligence, term sheets etc. - Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation Job requirements: Experience: 3 to 7years 1. Ability to handle execution (credit evaluation, financial modelling, Credit Note preparation, Legal documentation) of debt transactions in infra sectors end to end. 2. Preferable - Exposure to lending towards infra sectors like Renewable, Transmission, Roads, Airports, Logistics etc
