Creating NEW IFA's:

- Business opportunity presentation

- BTL's for BOP

- Presentation at relevant forums

- Tie-ups with relevant sector (insurance/post office bodies)

- Presence at relevant event to attract prospects

- HNI Advisory/Family office

Identification of new business channels/Models

- On-boarding NEW IFA's

- NISM exam to identified people

- Onbaording the IFA's

- Activation and superstarter contest

- Loyalty programme for the starters

Empanelment online /offline

- Complete empanelment process of new ifas

- RM Mapping Activation criteria

- Activation criteria

Project UDAAN

- Ensuring we optimum utilize the CSR initiative to benefit all stakeholders
