Profile Description
The candidate will be expected to forge and drive partnerships with Digital financiers and Fintechs in the region for the direct-to-consumer proposition. The candidate is also expected to drive revenue growth and manage relationships across these prospects and clients. The selected candidate will be required to interact with mid & senior management decision makers at leading Banks, NBFCs, FinTech and any other business, which may find the use of direct-to-consumer services.
Responsibilities
- At least 6 years of experience in business development or in managing strategic alliances preferably with a knowledge of lending or fintech or consumer internet company
- Institutional Sales and Business Development activities such as Market assessment, lead generation, and lead closure
- Acquire, develop, and manage partnerships with other organizations
- Market mapping to uncover new opportunities basis a strong understanding of the evolving consumer internet eco-system
- Work with internal teams to identify and remove bottlenecks as well as work on the success of integrations with the partners
- Demonstrate self-motivation and strong initiative to discover and persuade opportunities.
- Build, track, analyze and communicate the metrics and trends to the management
- Ability to meet stretch targets and generate high-value deals.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships and drive long-term collaboration
- Strive for innovative solutions for partner's needs to increase share of wallet for the company
- Willingness to work in a start-up like dynamic environment
