Sr, Manager Business Develoopment - F&B
- Accountable for the overall success of all the F&B outlets within the Centre, which includes meeting financial and service targets, maintaining standard procedures, maximizing margin potential, and identifying and implementing new products and service offers, whilst maintaining the highest level of service.
- Locating potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, financials, and evaluating options.
- Developing strategies for negotiations by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partner's needs and goals.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Planning Events and ensuring successful executions.
- Identify and research potential markets to launch F&B brands
